My wife and I had a fabulous experience with West Houston Infiniti for a new QX60! We worked with Daniel Saucedo and Alex Orellana and they were fantastic from start to finish. That threw me off as I’m used to dealing with all the back and forth trying to get a good deal. We were given an extremely aggressive sales price, worked with us on the options/adders that we wanted and didn’t even have to haggle on pricing for anything! Had a firm proposal in my hands within an hour of communication and going back and forth with what we wanted. Was hands down the best deal after checking with multiple dealerships in southeast Texas. We had our old car valued elsewhere prior to making the deal with WHI and they matched the other offer in which we decided to use as trade-in for the new vehicle to save on the tax amount. After an inspection of our old vehicle, they agreed on the trade-in amount but the vehicle was as described and in good working order when we brought it in for trade-in. We were only at the dealership a short time buttoning up the paperwork and we were well on our way. West Houston Infiniti has made a new customer for life (as long as we get to keep having experiences like this one). Thank you Daniel and Alex for the awesome experience!
