INFINITI Earns 2 Top Honors in Brand Study
INFINITI recently received two AMCI’s 2018 Trusted Automotive Brand Study awards: Most Trusted Luxury and Most Improved Luxury brand. Research indicates that earning the trust of automotive customers can be difficult, especially in the luxury market. For a specific vehicle or automotive brand to be proven “trustworthy” via popular consensus is quite a boon for INFINITI, especially in two luxury categories.
“INFINITI is the only brand in the luxury segment to be both a Most Trusted and a Most Improved brand,” says Dave White, president, AMCI Inside. “It is also one of the rare brands where customers trust the dealers as much as they trust the OEM. That fact was critical in their achievement.”
The AMCI “Trusted Automotive Brand Study” awards are conducted in collaboration with C Space, a global customer agency. The study evaluates a sample of of 2,500 owners across 34 automotive brands. This wide spread is designed to give a completely comprehensive understanding of where customers place their faith. Results confirm that trust accounts for more than 50 percent of a buyers decision to repurchase or recommend an automotive brand.
