Ryan was very responsive from start to finish. He kept his word on everything uttered. He was prompt with his approach, yet, he was never pushy. His communication with me was clear and concise. Ryan answered my MANY questions without any signs of irritation or certainly never used a condescending tone with me. He did poked at me for asking if the QX60 has a timing belt or chain. He said I was the first person to ever ask that question. When I expressed I wasn't particularly fond of the cargo racks, he made sure they were taken off that night so there was no need for a return visit to remove them. Ryan was even my personal paparazzi for the evening. He maintained a smile throughout my physical time with him at the dealership! I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan to anyone!
