My service advisor was David Torres. He was professional & great customer service skills upon meeting him for the first time. I had to leave my car and Mr. Torres provided me all the contact info I needed to maintain updates on my service. Unfortunately, there was some mechanical problems diagnosed. Fortunately, I purchased an extended service package. Mr. Torres provided me a detail diagnosis report, as well as a video inspection of my SUV (that was a first). Mr. Torres contacted my extended service company and submitted documentation of the mechanical problems. He went to bat for me in making sure they would pay for the repairs. Whenever you're dealing with extended service companies it can be stressful. Mr. Torres assured me he would stay on top of things. I was quite impressed with the services I received at West Houston. I will definitely be a repeat customer for regular maintenance. Ask for David Torres if you go to West Houston. He's da man!
